Accessibility Policy

The Digitell Marketing is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone, and applying the relevant accessibility standards. Our aim is to be proactive about the inclusion of people with disabilities in our offered services and to align ourselves with legislative requirements, such as the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act and corresponding regulations. 

The purpose of our accessibility policy is to provide accessibility to people with disabilities with respect to goods, services, facilities, accommodation, employment, buildings, structures, and premises.

BDO strives to provide our services in a manner that is accessible to all of our clients, and respects the dignity, independence, and integration of people with disabilities. We are committed to offering equal opportunity to access our services and to providing the benefit of the same services, in the same place and in a similar way to all clients.

The Digitell Marketing strives to provide its services in a manner that is accessible to our clients without any discrimination on grounds of age, race, gender, religion, national origin, and physical or mental disability. 

Accessibility Training

With an aim to promote and establish an inclusive and accessible environment to best serve all of our clients with disabilities, our staff is trained on the following:

  • The goal of accessibility legislation such as the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act and regulations governing customer service standards.
  • How to interact and communicate with people who have different types of disabilities.
  • How to interact with people with disabilities who use an assistive device, need a guide dog or other service animal, or need the assistance of a support person.
  • What to do if a person with a specific disability is having difficulty gaining access to the company’s services.

Feedback

The Digitell Marketing welcomes the chance for collaboration and feedback regarding the meeting of accessibility requirements and standards outlined in this policy. Our company’s representatives will accept verbal feedback and use sensitivity and diplomacy to address any issues immediately. Feedback can be submitted via email to info@thedigitellmarketing.com.
